Maryland senate bill 281 was sent to committee this week. This bill is a TOTAL GUN GRAB!!!!

This bill FUNDEMENTALLY  changes the interpretation of the 2nd amendment in maryland.

I spent 2 hours reading this bill yestrday & I was shocked

HIGHLIGHTS:

The goal of thes bill is to BAN all semi-automatic weapons in the state of maryland with a magazine capacity of 10 rounds or more.

If you own a rifle, shotgun or semi-automatic pistol with any of the following it will be VERY DIFFICULT  TO LEGALLY POSESS as of 1Nov 2013:

FLASH SUPPRESSOR

PISTOL GRIP

THUMBHOLE STOCK

FORWARD PISTOL GRIP

FIXED MAGAZINE  W/MORE THAN 10 ROUNDS CAPACITY

SHORTER THAN 30 INCHES

DETACHABLE MAGAZINE IN EXCESS OF 10 ROUNDS

SEMI-AUTOMATIC PISTOL WITH A MAGAZINE CAPACITY IN EXCESS OF 10 ROUNDS

This is serious people!!! I spent yesterday afternoon on the phone with Senator Pipkins off ice and all of the members of the Senate Judicial Proceedings Committee.

If this bill gets out of committee we will esentially lose our 2nd amendment rights in this state. IT WILL PASS ON A PARTY LINE VOTE AND BE LAW!!!

Registration is a direct violation of the ,Firearms owners protection act of 1986. signed into law by President Reagan. Don t do it. Annapolis needs to re-register the democratic party under the proper name of "The Maryland Socialist Party".

David, I hear the passion in your words. You must know your history and the Constitution, which is rare these days. My family and I want to be there and speak. If they take the guns, the battle is over. The only thing left is waiting for the genocide to start as it has done in many countries around the world. This is THE most important issue on the table at this time. Everything else takes a back seat and can wait. Come on folks,even if you don't own a firearm, get to Annapolis and let your voice be heard loud and clear. Let them know, if they take the guns,their job is over.
