TWO SPECIAL SESSIONS! THIS IS AN OUTRAGE. THE GOVERNOR AND LEGISLATURE HAVE ONE CONSTITUTIONAL DUTY - AND THAT IS TO PASS A BALANCED BUDGET DURING THE 90 DAY SESSION. NOW THE GOVERNOR WANTS TWO SPECIAL SESSIONS SO THAT THEY CAN INCREASE SPENDING BY AN ADDITIONAL $500 MILLION OVER AND ABOVE THE $700 MILLION INCREASE IN THE SO-CALLED “DOOMSDAY” BUDGET… AND IN ADDITION TO TRY TO RAM THE GAMBLING BILL THROUGH, SO IT CAN BE ON THE NOVEMBER BALLOT.
