Congrats to Cecil County in being the first in Maryland to pass a resolution identifying the MD Firearms Safety Act of 2013 as invalid, unlawful, and unconstitutional, and stating that neither local funds nor resources will be used to implement it.
Please call or write the council members and thank them for voting for this. The vote was 4-0 in favor, with Michael Dunn being absent and not voting. Contact info. for council members is available here: http://www.ccgov.org/council/index.cfm
